  Your staff has failed in at least two different areas. After my husband passed no claim was filed on his life insurance, I had to take it over myself to get payment. The manager was "busy" so the paperwork was lost on his desk. Now I just learned he never filed for my husband's military marker. The excuse was the manager didn't know he was to order it. I gave him all the information including his discharge papers. Why would I do that if I didn't want him to order it? The canned excuse is he is "busy". I say he is inept. He either needs help or he needs to learn how to delegate authority. I would have preferred to tell the owner but had no way to locate him. I cannot recommend you for any ones' services. And I will tell my friends in the area of my experiences. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received from any organization in my life. I am 84 years old.
